Franchise Expo: What is Engineeius franchise opportunity all about?
Ahmed El Daly:  After-school programs and camps in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) for kids and teens (Grades K to 12) in a unique highly engaging and fun environment.  We offer our programs under the following themes:  Engineering, Game and App Programming, Digital Media, Robotics, and Math.

FE: Who is your ideal candidate for an Engineeius franchise?
AE: The ideal candidate for Engineeius is an energetic entrepreneur with passion for kids’ development and with sales experience and some management experience, willing to work long hours and weekends to build the business and with a good network in the community specially with schools.

FE: What type of training and support do you offer Engineeius franchisees?
AE: We offer our franchisees a unique support system in marketing, sales, customer service, management training and instructor training and certification – we want our franchisees to focus on what matters most, serving the clients and assuring they get an unmatched experience and achieve their objectives

FE: What are some of the advantages in being a Engineeius franchisee?
AE: Although the concept is new, we build on more than 20 years of experience in developing learning centers of famous concepts and on supporting entrepreneurs in many countries to launch and grow their learning centers.  We offer our franchisees a  variety of programs to offer to their clients; our programs cover different age groups from Grades K to 12; they can be delivered in different short and long formats to meet different needs (after-school programs, curriculum supplements, science clubs, weekend programs, winter, spring and summer camps, birthday and special events) and cover different disciplines (Engineering Themed Programs (covering relevant science and technology concepts), Game and App Programming, Robotics Programs, and Math Programs) matching different interests.  Such variety will help franchisees get repeat business and tailor to different client needs.

FE: Are you a member of any associations?
AE: Yes on international basis not in the US.

FE: Tell us a little about the children educational market?
AE: The kids’ education industry is a multi billion industry, and although it’s a very competitive industry we believe Engineeius programs and methodology stands out and have great potential.

FE: What are your franchisees saying about the business?
AE: We have been in business for a little over one year, one of our affiliates already sold two franchises last year and one of their franchisees is already negotiating opening a second location, so I think they are pretty happy with what they got so far.

FE: What advice do you have for someone looking to acquire a franchise?
AE: This is an extremely important decision, you need to make sure that you have a passion for the business, that the franchisor can deliver on his promises and you need to understand that your success depends on yourself 50% and on the franchisor 50%.

FE: In your opinion, why do you think that Engineeius would be a great opportunity for someone?
AE: Engineeius would be a great franchise opportunity for serious entrepreneurs because they can capitalize on our know-how and variety of programs and support systems and make it work for them.
