Crunch Franchise’s first location in the state of Nebraska is officially open, the chain recently announced. The Crunch franchise business is primarily known for its programs that aim to make serious workouts more fun using cutting-edge training and innovative group fitness activities.
The franchise business is working to close the gap between its West and East Coast locations by spreading its "No Judgments" way of thinking throughout the Midwest area. The first Nebraska location is located in the center of the Milliard area in Omaha, right in Deerfield Plaza. It’s next to an Omaha Mega Market, where designated parking is available to members.
Crunch Omaha Deerfield is 20,000 square feet and features top-of-the-line strength training and cardio equipment, tanning, HydroMassage® and full-service locker rooms. Members can take part in group fitness classes, such as Cardio Tai Box and Yoga Body Sculpt, in its dedicated studio.
Gym members also can take part in the “Camp Crunch” program, which features its signature small group training, nutritional programs and personal training for people of all fitness levels. Experienced personal trainers are on hand to work with members one-on-one for personalized nutrition and fitness plans to meet individual health goals.
CW Fitness is behind Crunch Omaha Deerfield and is owned by Crunch franchisees Wade Teslow and Curt Bowen. They also plan to open other Crunch locations in and around Omaha over the next few years. Teslow and Bowen are active in the local community and want to get Crunch involved right away by reaching out to Omaha’s amateur athletic associations. They’ve already partnered with Milliard Schools’ PAYBAC program, which expands learning opportunities for adults and children and promotes excellence in education.
According to Curt Bowen, CW Fitness is thrilled to bring Crunch to the city of Omaha. Bowen noted that the two franchisees are proud to bring an affordable, fun and friendly facility to local residents.
About Crunch Fitness Franchise
Crunch began in a basement location in New York City’s East Village in 1989. Resources were slim, but this is where Crunch’s dedication to making exercise fun was born. The brand’s unusual take on fitness helped spread the word via mouth, and it’s only grown since then. Today, Crunch has more than 400,000 members throughout its locations in the U.S. and Australia.
Crunch currently has franchising opportunities available in several domestic and international markets. Prospective franchisees should have a net worth of at least $1 million, with at least $300,000 of that liquid. The estimated initial investment varies and consists of three phases: build-out, equipment and soft costs. Locations range from 16,000 to 25,000 square feet, with the franchiser preferring a spot with at least 125 available parking spots.
