1. Tell us about the Barber Power Law Group, PLLC concept.

Barber Power Law Group, PLLC is a transactional law firm. Our law firm was formed to offer a more team oriented approach to our clients’ needs. Our franchise services include drafting Franchise Disclosure Documents and Franchise Agreements, negotiating with suppliers, annual updates, state registrations, Franchise Disclosure Document reviews and audits, just to name a few. We utilize flat fees to enable all of our clients to know their legal fees ahead of time which better enables them to budget for growth.

2. How and when did you become involved with Barber Power Law Group, PLLC?

Barber Power Law Group, PLLC was formed in 2016 after the partners were unhappy with their former positions and wanted the opportunity to provide expanded and more team oriented services to clients.

3. What was your background prior to joining Barber Power Law Group, PLLC?

Prior to co-founding Barber Power Law Group, PLLC, I was a partner in another franchise law firm from 2009 to 2016 where I provided transactional franchise legal services.

4. What advice do you have for someone looking to acquire a Franchise?

If you are looking to purchase a franchise, you should make sure to do your research on the franchisor. You should take the time to read the Franchise Disclosure Document and Franchise Agreement in detail and talk with someone who can help you with parts that may be vague or confusing.

5. In your opinion, why do you think that Barber Power Law Group, PLLC would be a great opportunity for someone?

Our attorneys take care to ensure that our clients are informed throughout the entire representation and that they understand what is happening at each step. We strive to be a part of our clients master-mind team so that we can work with all of their mentors, suppliers, etc. to give them the best opportunity to succeed. We also understand our clients’ budgets to make sure that our services are comprehensive, but budget conscious as well.
