The conference will start with a keynote speech from franchise industry expert Greg Nathan and included several informative sessions, including topics such as working with commercial properties and customer reactivation.
Brand President Greg Platz noted that the company welcomed 17 new franchises in 2018 and is on track to add another 30 for 2019. According to Platz, the company focused on updating services and systems last year, rolling out new software for estimations, revamping local and national websites and launching House Care Plus, an affordable monthly house care program. The company's focus for tthis year is on its franchisees, which is why the conference had been introduced and the national team has been expanded.
