1Heart Caregiver Services recently welcomed a new member to its team. Franchisee Ferdie Vasquez will open the brand's first franchise business location outside of California in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Ferdie comes to 1Heart Caregiver with more than 32 years of experience spanning several industries. Previously, Ferdie was a franchise owner of an Asia-based mailing company, and it's his focus and business skills that made him an ideal candidate for the senior care franchise.
He's also knowledgeable about the senior care concept, having taken care of his ailing aunt along with other family members back in the late 1990s. According to Ferdie, providing the brand's services to seniors in the Las Vegas area is his way of showing his care and love for the local senior community.
Director of Business and Franchise Development Randolph Clarito said that the expansion of 1Heart into a new state is a great achievement for the team and that the company is thrilled to extend its stellar quality senior care system to Las Vegas. He also noted that three more California locations were cemented just last month, and those franchise businesses are currently preparing to meet that state's requirement for a home care license.
CEO Belina C. Nernberg also spoke about the upcoming Las Vegas location and showed her optimism for the new franchisee. According to Nernberg, Ferdie is motivated and excited about starting his new venture, and his track record of success as an entrepreneur in franchise businesses speaks for itself.
