Home-based travel franchise business Dream Vacations just announced a restructuring aimed at lining franchise sales up with franchisee engagement. CFE Janet Harris has been promoted to the Director of Recruitment position, and Drew Daly, who is currently General Manager of Network Engagement & Performance, will now also be involved with franchise sales.
Brand Vice President Debbie Fiorino said Harris and Daly are experienced sales professionals, and given their past success, she expects them to take the franchise to new heights.
In his expanded role, Daly will be overseeing the Recruitment Sales team, which is the unit responsible for engaging with prospects interested in travel franchise opportunities and established travel agents who are considering affiliation with the brand. With more than two decades of sales experience, Daly will also continue in his current position, working closely with land suppliers and cruise lines to support events, training and more. Another position, Vice President of Engagement, has been created as part of the brand's commitment to its franchisees, and this new VP will report to Daly.
Harris, who is now Director of Recruitment Sales, has more than two decades of experience in the industry and has sold over 200 franchises since she joined the brand's sales team in 2009. In addition to the new and expanded roles of Harris and Daly, Rosemarie Reed was named the Vice President of Marketing & Strategic Partnerships. Reed, in her expanded role, will work with the brand's partners to identify creative opportunities for partnerships that will enhance franchisee support.
Part of World Travel Holdings, the biggest cruise agency in the world, Dream Vacations currently has franchise opportunities available in several markets. The franchisee fee ranges from $495 to $9,800, and the initial investment ranges from $3,245 to $21,850.
