High-tech custom garment decorating franchise business Big Frog Custom T-Shirts & More just announced plans to develop 12 more locations through partnerships with franchisees over the next few years.
This award-winning and rapidly-growing chain has already grown to over 100 stores across 25 states, and now Big Frog is primed to develop Louisiana's open market and is offering several franchise opportunities there. Louisiana does have one Big Frog store in the City of Hammond, which opened less than a year ago and has already noted record-breaking business.
In the company's overall history, the Hammond location is among the top three strongest performers over its first six months of operation. Christi and Joey Marceaux, the Hammond store's operators and owners, moved into that area after they were displaced in 2005 by Hurricane Katrina. The husband-and-wife team were welcomed warmly by the Hammond community and want to give back. Their Big Frog location has supported many local schools, sports teams and charity organizations.
According to Joey Marceaux, being a one-of-a-kind service provider has allowed their location to receive a strong response from the local community. Before the couple's store opened, residents struggled to find custom garment products.
As the brand looks toward development in the southeastern part of the country, Louisiana has emerged as an attractive market. With open real estate, a supportive business climate and already-successful franchisees there, Big Frog is now looking to find qualified applicants for its franchise opportunities in many key markets, including Bossier City, Monroe, Lake Charles, Shreveport, Lafayette, Denham Springs, Baton Rouge, Metairie, Mandeville, Kenner and Greater New Orleans.
Brand President Tina Bacon DeFrece said the state is an open market, and with the success of the Hammond store, it's clear there is an opportunity for new owners to make a splash in the area.
Big Frog combines leading technology with creativity and brings custom service to local markets. Their unique design technology makes for a convenient, custom and fast service that is miles above the competition. This company's Direct-to-Garment printing allows for the bonding of the dye to the molecules of the fabric, so that the resulting garments can be washed in cold and hot water with color-safe bleach without causing the image to peel, fade or crack.
In less than a decade, this brand has hit milestones many brands don't reach in such a short amount of time, including opening its 100th unit. Big Frog has also been ranked the top franchise in the garment retail sector by Entrepreneur Magazine.
Started in 2008, Big Frog specializes in creating custom apparel and more for individuals, businesses and organizations. This brand has opportunities available in many markets. The franchise fee is $39,500, and the total initial investment ranges from $180,200 to $239,200.
