HVAC franchise brand Aire Serv, which is part of the Texas-based Dwyer Group, recently celebrated its 25th anniversary and kicked off the group's new Neighborly program. This program will bring the HVAC franchise business and 12 other Dwyer brands under one umbrella to create a one-stop shop for homeowners.
Aire Serv President Steve Truett said the one-stop concept has been appealing for a long time, but this is the first time the idea has been leveraged by Dwyer. This new umbrella brand will provide a platform to unify cross-marketing initiatives and help drive sales. It officially launched on March 27th, and Dwyer Group COO Mary Kennedy Thompson noted that the company hopes to leverage the power of its nearly 2,500 franchisees across North America and its more than $1.4 billion in system sales.
Aire Serv franchise opportunities
In the HVAC industry, it is common for contractors to join franchisees or other organizations just for a short period of time to learn the system. However, franchisees of this brand tend to buck this trend, staying around for years. Multi-unit owner Richard Ciresi, for example, has been with the brand for 16 years and currently owns and runs three locations. According to Ciresi, the franchise is always on the cutting edge, staying on top of new technological developments and offering solid marketing programs that have produced results.
The franchisee also cited the brand's "Code of Values" as a reason for his loyalty. This code is unique among HVAC businesses and is made of 15 points that touch on customer focus, integrity, respect and having fun throughout the entire process.
Currently, this exciting HVAC brand is offering franchise opportunities in many areas. The franchise fee is $35,000, and the initial investment ranges from $82,600 to $206,400.
