Business coaching leader ActionCOACH recently celebrated 25 years in business at a lavish celebration held during its annual conference, which took place in Hamilton Island, Australia for 2018.
Started by Brad Sugars in Adelaide, Australia in 1993, this global leader has grown from one sole office to a presence in more than 70 countries worldwide. Sugars started off on his journey as an entrepreneur early, selling his newspaper routes to friends who would do the work for him when he was still in grade school. When he reached 20 years old, he had already established and sold many startups and used his experiences to start his business coaching brand at a time when the concept of a business coach was still new. The company began its franchise business in 1997 and has been expanding ever since.
Today, ActionCOACH is growing at home and abroad, with new additions in Azerbaijan, Paraguay, El Salvador and Nicaragua. This brand is also looking to offer its franchise opportunities in a minimum of seven countries over the next three years as part of its aggressive expansion plans. Over the 2017-2018 season, the company awarded many new Master Licenses and hired another 293 coaches.
