emerged as the clear frontrunner in this year’s ranking of German
real estate companies! The leading industry magazine
“Immobilienmanager” compiles its ranking of German property firms
annually, taking into consideration residential property realtors,
commercial real estate brokers and universal real estate companies.
Engel & Völkers came in first place for the first time for 2008
total revenues, moving up the list from second place in the
previous year to the top spot.
Besides total revenues, the “Makler-Ranking” is also based on various other criteria including total transaction volume, business division, sales and leaseholding. Engel & Völkers led the ranking in no less than four categories:
