Crafting a robust franchise

• Low Cost: The Brass Tap does not have a kitchen, but offers patrons other options and food from area restaurants, resulting in a much simpler operation for The Brass Tap franchisees with lower startup costs and lower recurring expenses, while still meeting the demand from guests for good food. We require less staff, training and management with fewer personnel issues. Labor at The Brass Tap is almost half of what is required for a typical restaurant, which means higher profits for the franchisee.


• Limited Competition: Today's consumers are looking for innovative alternatives to traditional bars and clubs. The Brass Tap stands out with its casual yet energetic environment that provides a wide selection of craft beers as well as live entertainment.


• Training and Support: The Brass Tap provides an extensive training and support program to help you every step of the way. It starts with 5 weeks of training, 2 weeks at our corporate training center - 3 weeks in our designated training location, for your general manager and assistant manager. This initial training occurs 30-60 days prior to your restaurant opening and teaches your key management staff what they need to run your bar. When your bar opens we also provide a trainer to assist you at your location for the first week. Training continues with your personal Franchise Business Advisor who works with you step by step on an ongoing basis.

The estimated initial investment is from $ $324,100 - $660,000. This includes a $35,000 franchise fee as well as the bar furnishings and equipment, audio/visual package, location build out, inventory, point of sale system, grand opening marketing, three months’ rent, permits and working capital to open your business.
