Founded in 2001 by Steve Saunders and based out of Lancaster, PA, Power Train owns and operates 15 locations in six states across the United States. Currently an active member on the Under Armour® Worldwide Training Council, Saunders has provided best-in-class sports performance and fitness training to pro-athletes and individuals of all ages for over 20 years.
