The franchise offered is for the establishment and operation of a dine-in and take out pizza restaurant offering authentic Neapolitan artisan crafted pizza. The pizza is baked in wood fired ovens at 800 degrees for 90 seconds, along with freshly made salads, and hand-made gelato. We proudly serve Coke Cola Beverages, freshly brewed teas and other various beverages, including beer and wine.

We offer 2 franchise programs: A single Persona Wood Fired Pizzeria restaurant and an investment in our multi-unit program. The franchise fee for a single unit is $35,000. Participation in our multi unit program reduces the franchise fee to $25,000 with a minimum of 2 units being developed on a schedule. The estimated total investment necessary to begin operation of a Persona Wood Fired Pizzeria franchise ranges from $242,650 to $404,100.

The continuing services or “royalty fee,” is 6% of gross sales and are collected weekly. This fee entitles you to use the “Persona Neapolitan Pizzeria” service mark, our distinctive system, marketing assistance, ongoing business development and counseling, and other benefits that come with being a Persona Wood Fired Pizzeria franchisee.

Persona Wood Fired Pizzeria does not grant exclusive territories. We can, however, grant an APR or Area of Primary Responsibility. Persona will define the ARP and approve the specific site where the franchise unit will operate. Each APR will be defined by population density, the general geographical market, the existence of competitors, and a number of other factors. The franchise operator will be responsible for developing the business within that APR. The franchise operator must restrict their direct solicitation efforts such as telemarketing, billboards, canvassing, direct mail, etc. within the individual APR.

The Persona Wood Fired Pizzeria name and reputation is an important “Valuable” part of our business. You will need to invest a minimum of $10,000 on grand opening advertising during the first three months of operations. You will also be required to allocate up to 2% of your gross sales per month on local advertising.

The initial training covers all material aspects of the operation of a Persona Neapolitan Pizzeria franchise and is comprised of classroom and on-the-job training.

The initial term of the Franchise Agreement is five years from the date the Franchise Agreement is signed. The franchise is renewable for three successive terms of five years each, providing you have complied with the provisions of the Franchise Agreement.
