Mysha Day Spa & Salon is a full service Day Spa and Salon offering services that only a full cosmetology shop can offer - Mysha Day Spa and Salon offers Spa services including Massage, Facial, Waxing, Body Wraps and Glycolic Peels as well as full Salon services in Nails, Hair, Makeup and Bridal services, Private Spa parties for all occasions. Additionally Mysha Day Spa and Salon offers a membership program called Mysha Premier under which members, for a monthly fee, receive one massage or facial per month and are entitled to receive additional services at reduced member rates. Non-Premier members may also receive services at the higher standard rates less any promotions, offers or discounts.Franchise Offer
Mysha Day Spa & Salon Franchise, LLC offers franchises for businesses that offer professional therapeutic massage services, customized facial services, microdermabrasion, salon, makeup and nail services and other related goods and services under the name “Mysha Day Spa & Salon ” through a membership-based program in a distinctive, professional, clean, warm, aesthetically pleasing and friendly environment.Financial Assistance
Mysha Day Spa & Salon does not offer direct or indirect financing, nor does it guarantee a franchisee’s note, lease, or obligation.Training and Assistance
Mysha Day Spa & Salon will train the franchisee and up to three managers on operating the Mysha Day Spa & Salon Spa. The training program lasts approximately five days. The Managing Owner, the Business Manager, and the number of other management personnel designated by Mysha Day Spa & Salon must complete the initial training program to the franchisor’s satisfaction and participate in all other activities that required before opening the Business. Franchisee training programs will held at Mysha Day Spa & Salon corporate headquarters (currently located in Ocean Township, NJ), at an operating Mysha Day Spa & Salon and/or at other locations designated by the franchisor. Mysha Day Spa & Salon may require franchisees and/or their previously trained and experienced employees attend up to five days of additional or refresher training courses each year and a national business meeting or convention up to three days per year at the times and locations it designates.Territory
The franchisee will operate the Business from a specific location approved by the Regional Developer and Mysha Day Spa & Salon. Currently, the minimum independent community or suburban trade area population is 50,000 people. The minimum number of qualified households in a suburban market is 7,500 and the minimum number of qualified households in an independent market is 10,000 households. Neither Mysha Day Spa & Salon or its affiliates will establish, or grant rights to other persons to establish another Mysha Day Spa & Salon, the physical premises of which is located in the Territory.Term of Agreement and Renewal
The length of the franchise term is 10 years. If the franchisee is in good standing, and meets other requirements, he/she may acquire a successor franchise under the then current terms.Obligations and Restrictions
The franchisee must designate one of the owners to serve as the “Managing Owner.” The Managing Owner must hold at least a 20% ownership interest in the franchise (or the franchisee entity if the franchise is owned by an entity) and successfully complete the initial training program. The Managing Owner must be the primary manager of the Business. The franchisee must also designate a general manager (the “Business Manager”) and follow all Board of Cosmetology rules as mandated by the State of New Jersey and if not located in the state of New Jersey the franchisee must follow all rules as mandated by any other state overseeing body or board at each Mysha Day Spa & Salon location. The Managing Owner may serve as the Business Manger but it is not required that the Business Manager have an ownership interest in the franchise. The Business Manager will exert full-time efforts to fulfill the obligations under the Franchise Agreement. The franchisee must perform all services and offer all products periodically required for Mysha Day Spa & Salon, and may not offer, sell or otherwise distribute any products or perform any services that are not authorized.
