Doobster offers a mobile application and website (the “Doobster Platform”) that allows consumers of legal medical and recreational marijuana to order products from their mobile devices and have those products delivered to the consumer’s physical location, using the technological capabilities of GPS, mobile location services, carrier tools, and other techniques.

Doobster is offering a licensing model to sell the Doobster App subscriptions. Licensees at the State-level and for Designated Market Areas (DMAs) within a state will serve as the external sales team, complimenting an internal company sales team. State and DMA licensees will be responsible for helping to sell the Doobster App to state-authorized dispensaries, foster community relations, and carry-out relationship management with dispensaries. Licensees will be vetted for their sales, marketing, business management, and financial acumen, as well as their local community connections and other attributes. Licensees will share the monthly revenues earned from Doobster App subscription fees.
