As an Area Representative Franchisee, you would secure exclusive rights to develop the Top Ten Percent brand, operating model and system in a three to six region territory. You would oversee the development of our franchise within that regional territory and coach and mentor 12-24 franchisees that would be under you.
Area Representative Franchisees would receive 50% of all single unit franchise fees which is currently $12,900 per franchise and 50% of all on-going monthly fees paid by the unit franchisees in your regional territory.*
An Area Representative Franchise can be operated on a part-time basis, meaning you don't necessarily have to quit your current employment until you feel comfortable in doing so.

There are two different sizes of Area Representative Franchises available. A three-region territory has nearly 900,000 in population.*** This would allow for up to 12 franchisees working under you. A three-region territory has a franchise fee of $38,700 and you must have a minimum of $45,000 of capital available.
