Face to Face Spa in Westlake is AAA-Mazing!! I've been going here for a little over 6 months and it is exactly what I need to take a break from a busy work week. It's got a calm and relaxing, yet posh and clean vibe. Their management (Emily in particular- always greets me with a smile and asks me about my day-- she knows her clients and it shows) and staff is fantastic and having gotten massages and facials on a regular basis for 10 plus years, I can honestly say THEY KNOW what they are doing at Face-to- Face Spa. Everyone is very professional and extremely knowledgable on all of their products. Two weeks ago I had a facial from Eden and she did a remarkable job. Some days I like to talk during my treatments but other days I just need a relaxing break from the hectic day... I'm sure most of you are the same. This particular day I just needed a break. Eden was incredible! She kept quiet and just let me be to myself for the hour. The relaxing music and the chill vibe was wonderful. Eden only talked occasionally, per my request, to let me know what the next steps were. I had mini peel that day per Eden's guidance and my skin looks fabulous. I was in Texas last week for a family emergency and needed a break from it all, and this was THE way to do it. I did the ultimate facial with microdermabrasion and the entire experience was wonderful. I don't know about you, but a good way to get in my five-star reviews is to offer me a mimosa within the first two minutes of my arrival. I sipped the fabulous beverage while filling out paperwork (thorough, but not annoyingly long) in the relaxation room. This place is all about the customer and I really needed it. Alex came and took me back to my room (loved the little touches like the rose on the hanger of the bath wrap) and once I was settled, she asked me about my skin and then went through all the goodness that was to come. I then sat back for about an hour of "awwwwwwww." Alex was terrific and had such a gentle touch. When she walked me out, she made a product recommendation that wasn't pushy or over-the-top (and after just a couple of days trying the retinal she recommended, I can't believe I've gone so long without using one). Just got my first facial at the new Face to Face Spa in Westlake. Beautiful location!! My husband surprised me with a spa day, and Crystal made my day perfect. Thank you, Crystal! The Avery Ranch location is closer, but I will definitely have to take a road trip to Westlake once in awhile to get a treatment. I've been a member since March 2011, and the spa keeps getting better and better! Jenny has done an amazing job creating a wonderful spa experience, and the staff is amazing! I love this place and the staff is amazing. They are very competent and customize your experience. Everyone was warm and welcoming. The staff took time to go over home care to maximize my results. The results were out of this world - the results were equal to procedures I had had but were a tenth of the cost with a fifth of the down time - WIN! WIN! WIN! Lovely lashes! I'm so excited to of gotten a full set of eyelash extensions at Face to Face Spa! I decided I wanted the mascara look, full and long. There so many lashes that I really don't think I'll need mascara.. but I did buy some extension safe mascara if I so chose to rev them up a bit! I'll be honest I was a little nervous upon arriving, not knowing what to expect or if it would hurt.. But it was super relaxing, I almost fell asleep, I cant even tell they're on my eyes.
