About Us

Franchise Creator was founded in 2010 by Mr. Hossein Kasmai, an entrepreneur, who is a well diversified and experienced businessman with a proven track record. As a Registered Professional Engineer he understands technology and product & process development. Mr. Kasmai has built multiple companies from concept and turned them into very profitable businesses which were later acquired or are still in operation.

Franchise Creator provides clients with a one-stop approach to successfully franchise their business. After developing a customized strategy to franchising the business, FC develops all the necessary legal documentation, creates the marketing & collateral material and launches the newly developed franchise offer into the marketplace. FC is then able to assist in the selling of franchises as the Brand’s Franchise Ambassador and is able to take the Franchise Brand through the acquisition phase of its franchise life cycle.
