They also offer signature pizzas such as the olive-oil based "The Chronicle" and the white sauce and chicken combo of "The Herald." Know for their big craft beer selection, the new location will have at least 20 different types of beer on tap, including local brews and rare editions.

The Studio 77 store is owned by new husband-and-wife franchisee team Hilda and Levon Setrakian. The couple are longtime locals to the arts district, and Mrs. Setrakian said they were both excited to become more engaged with the community through their new business. Their new store is the seventh location of the Pizza Press, with other stores currently operating in West Hollywood, Orange, Pasadena, Fullerton, Anaheim and Costa Mesa.
