Caliber Care+Transport Franchise Business Donates Rides
Non-emergency medical transportation provider Caliber Care+Transport is partnering with the American Cancer Society to give 6,000 free rides to people going to cancer treatments.
Established back in 2010 in Tennessee, this non-emergency medical transport provider is now the largest brand of its type in the country, making thousands of trips each year. Caliber offers stretcher, ambulatory, and wheelchair services in more than 25 markets, getting people to their medical appointments in a professional, comfortable and completely private manner.
This franchise business began donating trips for people going to oncology and cancer treatments and appointments three years ago in Nashville, but the program has since grown to cover 25 markets and averages around 6,000 trips donated each year, which equals to around $225,000. Interested patients can sign up through the brand or via the American Cancer Society.
Caliber CEO Kyle Calvert said that the company was founded on the idea of compassionate care and is happy to be able to offer people impacted by cancer and their families a useful resource.
With more than 30 locations, Caliber Care+Transport is now offering franchise opportunities in many markets. The initial investment for one of these franchise opportunities ranges from $105,015 to $155,240.
