Dr. John P. Hayes is one of the few people in the world to have been a franchisor, a franchisee, and an advisor to franchise companies. In a span of more than 35 years, he is one of the most published authors on the subject of franchising. He is the author of numerous best sellers at Amazon.com and the only person to have authored an article about franchising for Reader’s Digest magazine.
At the International Franchise Expo in New York City, sponsored by the International Franchise Association, he teaches the most popular seminar: The A to Zs of Buying a Franchise.
Dr. Hayes is the co-author of Franchising: The Inside Story, the first book to explain how to investigate and acquire a franchise opportunity.
