Warehouse opens training doors for Ready Decks Franchise Systems
A new 3,000 square foot warehouse and training facility will mean faster start times for new Ready Decks® Franchise Systems franchisees. Founder and President Bradley Johns said the new facility shows his company’s commitment to providing franchise partners with the tools necessary to succeed.
“Our comprehensive training is one of the things that set Ready Decks® apart from the competition,” said Johns. “With this new facility, we will be even better positioned to offer the kinds of knowledge franchisees require in today’s competitive home improvement market.”
The new facility features a working Ready Decks® franchise warehouse and classroom space. Also, the facility includes space for demonstrating the construction and marketing methods, as well as patented tools that set Ready Decks® apart from other home improvement franchise opportunities.
The new facility is just one way that Ready Decks® is expanding. Johns said franchise partners throughout Louisiana and Texas are experiencing a promising year just months into the New Year.
“The home improvement industry is poised for tremendous growth,” Johns said. “With the recent troubles in the housing market, a sluggish economy, people are looking more and more for ways to add new living space to their homes. A deck or porch is a good way to do that, and that’s where we come in.”
Ready Decks® site-builds deck and porch products for homeowners. Using their patented tools and innovative building methods, Ready Decks® provides customers with their products much faster than traditional deck and porch contractors.
Most Ready Decks® products are completed in a single day.
Johns said the new warehouse and training facility fits well within the company’s overall mission.
“Ready Decks® prides itself on getting franchisees up and running faster than our competitor franchise companies,” Johns said. “When someone comes to us and says, ‘We want to join Ready Decks®,’ they should not have to wait months and months to start seeing a return on their investment.”
The new warehouse and training facility is expected to enter full operational status in May of this year.
