What are some of thegreatest lessons you’ve learned in growing this franchise?
Going from asuccessful business owner to coaching others to obtain success is noteasy. It takes just as much work asbuilding my business over the last 7 years.
Do you have a mentorand is there someone you use for inspiration?
My business partnerTafa Jefferson is a true entrepreneur. Ispent 10 years at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals and got used to a paycheck every twoweeks. I needed Tafa there to push methrough the hard times.
What advice do youhave for someone looking to acquire a Franchise?
Your caliber, who youare, is most important factor. There aremany great opportunities out there in several different industries. In the end YOU will be the deciding factor.
In your opinion, whydo you think that Amada Senior Care would be a great opportunity for someone?
There’s no questionthat the senior care market will continue to explode for the next 20years. Amada offers a great platform forthe entrepreneur who’s aggressive but loves helping others.
